Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and company sales targets, providing regular updates to management on account status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of outside Sales or Business Development experience.
- Proficiency in CRM or other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $120,000.
- Commission structure based on sales performance.
