Eaton Corporation - Regional Sales Representative

This position is focused on driving sales growth within designated accounts in the Western region. The role is primarily remote, with significant travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales performance within key accounts, specifically targeting major retailers.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and field programs to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to inform pricing strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular field visits and interactions.
  • Evaluate product selections based on market trends and customer preferences, making necessary adjustments.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate special orders by collaborating with retailer sales teams and providing accurate project bids.
  • Design and execute in-store marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
  • Oversee the presentation and organization of retail space to optimize sales potential.
  • Coordinate marketing events and store promotions to engage customers effectively.
  • Facilitate training programs for territory stakeholders to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams to share market insights and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the electrical industry.
  • A minimum of four years of sales experience in the retail manufacturing sector.

Skills:

  • Proximity to a major airport is preferred for travel efficiency.
