Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with financial reporting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end reporting deliverables.
  • Conduct financial analysis and review of key performance indicators to provide meaningful insight.
  • Support tax activities, such as estimated tax calculations, return preparation, and other tax filing preparation.
  • Participate in project accounting duties, including review of vendor/subcontractor invoices, verification of receipt of materials/equipment, and assistance with review and reconciliation of project financials.
  • Contribute to internal audit activities, including review of internal controls, traveler expenses, and physical verification of assets.
  • Process AP invoices via OnBase software platform, process AP payments, investigate and resolve issues with Procurement group and Project Teams.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related program.
  • Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
  • Actively involved in campus, community, or other volunteer activities or organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
  • Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
