Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, and guests.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year of experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $102,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus program, health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and more.
