Career Overview:
The Senior Teller role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Banc of California. As a Senior Teller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain knowledge of products, fees, and Bank offerings to deepen customer relationships
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM, night drop) accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to refer new products and services to customers based on their financial goals
- Resolve customer concerns regarding services provided by the Bank, reconcile GL debits and credits, and perform other critical tasks
- Collaborate with the team to achieve branch goals and assist with the training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years of retail banking experience in a financial services industry
- Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Excellent knowledge of bank deposits, lending products, credit products, and services to open accounts
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
