Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with revenue-related department managers to develop strategic hiring plans, craft compelling job descriptions, and create effective job posts that attract exceptional candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, schedule and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills align closely with position requirements, and identify the best fit for our business.
- Interview Support: Develop tailored skills assessments and interview questions for managers, ensuring a thorough and consistent interview process.
- Lifecycle Communication: Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Offer Management: Take ownership of the offer process, including drafting, extending offers, and managing negotiations to secure top talent.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) related to specific hiring metrics.
- People Team Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects to support the People Team's objectives.
- Deep knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of managing multiple positions, including sales, marketing, client experience, and other revenue-related positions within a company.

- Deep understanding of job positions and a genuine passion for finding the right candidate for each role.
- Demonstrated success in consistently delivering remarkable candidate experiences.
- Innate curiosity and a proactive approach to research and business challenges.
- Ability to navigate the offer process and close hiring negotiations positively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, various job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS software (Greenhouse preferred).
Targeted base compensation is $120,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Work EnvironmentOur workplace is clean, orderly, and well-ventilated with proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low, and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
