About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at BioTalent, part of Trinnovo Group. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and filling job openings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in your market and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, including clients and candidates.
  • Attend and help organize networking events and other activities to promote the company and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Cross-sell services with other brands within Trinnovo Group.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence, including a professional LinkedIn profile.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet with candidates and clients to discuss job openings and provide guidance.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets and strive for excellence in all aspects of the role.
