Head of Talent Acquisition Strategist

Trinnovo Group, a leading recruitment business, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head of Talent Acquisition to join its global senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its trends. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that drives business growth and talent acquisition excellence
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create proactive marketing campaigns that target diverse candidate demographics
- Work with the People Ops team to create a world-class onboarding experience
- Oversee the college/university recruitment program and partnerships with employment organizations
- Ensure the candidate journey is an exceptional experience
- Deliver interview training and on-the-job coaching to hiring managers
- Use data to inform and drive decisions
