Position Summary

As the Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Event Logistics: Serving as the primary onsite contact, you will oversee event setup and provide necessary support. This includes managing transportation logistics, overseeing onsite operations, coordinating shipping, and facilitating sales approvals.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless transitions and effective onsite activations, addressing shipping, inventory, and customer service needs.
  • Outcome Management: You will be responsible for meeting operational deadlines and addressing unforeseen challenges. Your proactive approach will drive positive change and help set ambitious goals that advance our company’s mission.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and executing events within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
