Job Overview: As an Event Management Specialist at Best Impressions Caterers, you will oversee the flawless execution of events for our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, coordinating with various vendors, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with our sales team to grasp the client's vision and requirements for events.
- Oversee events from setup to management during the event and teardown.
- Manage the arrangement of event spaces, including layout, decor, and technical needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to enhance future events.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Event Manager, Venue Coordinator, or in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying event times, including evenings and weekends.
