Job Overview: As an Event Management Specialist at Best Impressions Caterers, you will oversee the flawless execution of events for our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, coordinating with various vendors, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to grasp the client's vision and requirements for events.
  • Oversee events from setup to management during the event and teardown.
  • Manage the arrangement of event spaces, including layout, decor, and technical needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to enhance future events.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Event Manager, Venue Coordinator, or in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying event times, including evenings and weekends.
  • Charismatic and client-focused demeanor.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft applications.
  • Weekend availability is required.
