Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize Sales and Distribution: Develop and execute local and national sales programs to maximize sales and distribution of our products in the assigned territory.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve chain execution.
  • Market and Promote Products: Identify and target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory through promotional programs and activities.
  • Track and Measure Performance: Regularly track and measure performance against key priorities and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • High Energy and Work Ethic: Be a self-starter with a strong desire to execute and win at retail, and have a consistent, strong work ethic.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritize work around key business drivers, and pre-plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Skill in verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Business Planning and Analysis: Ability to effectively manage and execute wholesaler objectives and initiatives, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry, preferably within the Beer Category.
Physical and Mental Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in extreme environments, and the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle and a good driving record.
