Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Wausau Supply Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and develop strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to customers and contractors/builders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College degree and/or 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting software.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time due to travel requirements.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings and weekends.
