What Your Days Will Be Like:

As a Senior Director, Account Management, you'll lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and play a key role in building the Enterprise business. You'll be the primary contact for a team of account managers and work closely with clients to provide excellent service and drive profitability.

You'll oversee the launch of new clients, collaborate with the marketing team, and manage client reporting and utilization. You'll also develop a proactive client outreach cadence and oversee quarterly business reviews with clients.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Understanding Enterprise capabilities and communicating them to clients
  • Providing strategic insight to account managers to deepen and grow client relationships
  • Overseeing client reporting and utilization, and developing engagement strategies for underperforming accounts
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop client-specific marketing plans
  • Managing client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • 5-10 years of experience managing an account team
  • Proven client management abilities, including maintaining and enhancing complex high-revenue client relationships
  • Technical competence with an understanding of solutions delivered via web technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently to visit clients

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. The salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position.
