Head of Strategic Accounts

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategic Accounts to join our Alastin Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and direct the Corporate Account Directors (CADs) and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) teams to achieve national sales goals and customer-related activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders and key accounts to strengthen current and future business potential
- Coach and develop corporate account managers on core competencies, contracts, negotiations, and market strategies
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Twelve (12) years of progressive commercial sales experience with proven success in various commercial selling models in sales and/or marketing roles
- Knowledge of the KOLs and key accounts in the industry
- Ability to read and interpret documents, speak effectively, and make written or oral presentations
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50% to conduct sales force engagements, customer engagements, sales meetings, and participate in corporate HQ meetings
