We are currently looking for a Specialist in Partner Strategy and Operations to strengthen our EMEA channel team.This role is essential for a professional in Strategy and Operations who is keen to make a tangible impact on channel strategy and operational execution.
In this position, you will work closely with Sales, Channel, Alliances, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership to guide channel strategy, plan effectively, define territories, establish quotas, manage compensation, improve processes, implement system enhancements, and drive pipeline generation activities for the EMEA channel and alliances team.
Your contributions will be vital in evolving and expanding our channel and alliance business by identifying new market strategies and laying the operational groundwork for scalable partner business.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in autonomous environments and are driven by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support and guidance to the EMEA channel leadership team to drive strategy, maintain operational excellence, ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management, and represent the EMEA perspective while aligning with globally consistent Partner Operations processes and Rules of Engagement.
Collaborate with team members in partner operations to facilitate the annual planning process for the EMEA channel and alliances organization, setting quarterly and annual targets for regions, managers, and team members.Contribute to and uphold internal and external channel engagement guidelines.
Develop EMEA-specific KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and operational rhythms to monitor the health of the partner business and achieve annual objectives while adhering to global standards set by the Partner Operations team.
Work alongside the partner enablement team to ensure partners receive the necessary training and resources to support business opportunities and secure closed deals.Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and projects to accelerate partner revenue and pipeline growth.
Foster continuous improvements and operational excellence in managing partner deal registrations, pipeline, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in partner operations, sales operations, partner sales, partner management, partner marketing, or programs within B2B SaaS companies.
Experience in EMEA channel operations is a plus.
A creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to developing improved solutions.
Prior experience in a leading software company's partner organization is preferred.
Experience in establishing or operating within diverse partner program organizations that collaborate with major Global System Integrators, Infrastructure providers, Service Providers, ISVs, Technology partners, and the broader Channel community.
Strong analytical abilities and a passion for data interpretation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Effective at influencing stakeholders at middle and senior management levels, both internally and externally.
Proficient in Salesforce, MSFT Office / Google suite; prior experience in channel/partner operations and reporting for rapidly growing SaaS companies.
Experience collaborating with MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, or service provider partners is advantageous.
Familiarity with PRMs and partner portals is beneficial.
