About the PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Recruiting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building a robust talent pipeline to support our company's growth.
The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels within the organization.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and staff-level technical talent.
- Working closely with other internal leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
- Ensuring all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implementing continuous improvements to the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in using Ashby or other relevant ATS systems, and experience with and/or identifying other recruitment/sourcing tools that we can utilize.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
