Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making offers and conducting orientations.
- Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes: Handle exit interviews and manage changes in employee status to ensure smooth transitions.
- Utilize extensive experience and judgment: Apply your deep knowledge of IT and recruitment to plan and achieve goals, relying on your judgment to navigate complex situations.
- Lead and direct others: Oversee and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree: A relevant degree is preferred, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to the field.
- 8+ years of experience: Extensive experience in IT recruitment or a related area, showcasing your ability to handle complex recruiting needs.
- Familiarity with IT concepts and practices: A solid understanding of IT technology, skillsets, and industry trends to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Creativity and latitude: A wide degree of creativity and autonomy in your approach to recruiting, with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
- Advanced IT certifications: Additional certifications in IT or HR could be a plus.
- Experience with specialized IT roles: Experience recruiting for niche IT positions or emerging technologies.
- Strong network in the IT community: A well-established network that can aid in sourcing and attracting top IT talent.
