Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in comprehensive recruiting across various sectors, particularly in supply chain management. As an essential member of our team, you will be a recruiting authority, committed to building diverse and high-performing teams while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. In this capacity, you will work closely with our existing team, contributing to process enhancement initiatives and identifying innovative sourcing methods. You will engage directly with executives and organizational leaders to lead critical hiring decisions that propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for various business units by developing strong talent pipelines through active sourcing across multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and finalizing candidates.
- Continuously cultivate a diverse talent pool using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, establishing both short-term and long-term pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs and proactively translate that into a recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, providing regular updates on results.
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to establish efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
- Work alongside colleagues in the People Operations team to support the healthy evolution of the company through thoughtful organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility to foster career development and cross-pollination.
- Act as an advocate for both the organization and the candidate throughout the hiring journey; establish regular communication and provide diligent follow-through, resulting in an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
We would be delighted to welcome you to our team if you possess:
- A minimum of 4+ years of comprehensive business recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- At least two years of experience in sourcing and securing senior-level candidates in Business and/or IT roles.
- Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and recommending process enhancements.
- Experience working within a global team is highly preferred.
- Exposure to technology or agency recruiting is advantageous.
- The ability to adapt to various roles, be a collaborative team player, and navigate ambiguity.
- A demonstrated passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- A proven track record of achieving hiring goals and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience in coaching hiring managers and assisting them in developing strategic recruiting plans.
