We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our Engineering, Product, and Design organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing strategies for technical talent
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advocate for candidates effectively
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization
  • Develop creative strategies for attracting top talent through various channels
  • Utilize industry knowledge and networks to identify exceptional candidates
  • Work closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate interview processes and hiring decisions
  • Manage the offer process in collaboration with various teams
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruitment processes
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
  • Strong tech and industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse
  • Experience in managing complex technical roles
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $120K - $180K. Please note that this range does not include equity or benefits, and the final compensation will be determined based on various factors during the interview process.
