Position Responsibilities:
Handles incoming and outgoing orders through a computer software program.
Keeps accurate records and files of shipments.
Maintains various files, reports, and schedules related to pricing, delivery, merchandise, and services.
Regularly compiles data and prepares detailed reports.
Effectively resolves complex customer inquiries and complaints.
Communicates with clients regarding order status and other inquiries via email or telephone.
Monitors customer questions and complaints, acting as a liaison between clients and different company departments.
Within established guidelines, has the authority to address customer requests for adjustments in orders.
Inputs new work orders into the system.
Enters all orders into the production schedule, reviewing and determining the sequence.
Creates and organizes files and folders using various filing methods.
Expedites orders to meet clients' required due dates.
Updates work orders with approved modifications.
Conducts daily inventory deductions.
Answers and screens incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Essential skills and experience:
Proficient in computer applications – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards service.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Able to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
