Client Relations Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Anaheim, CA

As a Client Relations Coordinator at MaxLite, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming orders efficiently.
  • Address all post-order inquiries, including shipping concerns, backorders, estimated delivery times, and order discrepancies.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries related to products or services.
  • Identify and address customer issues and complaints by determining the root cause, proposing effective solutions, and facilitating prompt corrective actions.
  • Refer complex customer inquiries to the Customer Relations Manager for further assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Process return goods authorizations and credits.
  • Participate in product training sessions and actively enhance your knowledge of MaxLite products and promotions.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Perform additional supportive tasks for the customer relations team as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with lighting products is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
