Position Overview:
NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team of enthusiastic and innovative professionals committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our representatives engage with both current and prospective clients, utilizing a computerized system to track inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive information regarding our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
What Will You Be Doing?
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming customer service calls
- Conduct and manage a significant number of outbound calls
- Address email inquiries promptly
- Receive and document completed work orders from field personnel
- Facilitate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution
- Maintain precise customer records and scheduled appointment information
- Proactively promote and sell additional services or products when relevant
Qualifications:
Do You Meet the Requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Service Titan is advantageous
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential, along with the ability to sit for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
