About the Position

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative office functions, committees, and special projects at Amherst SNF. This role involves working closely with residents and facility staff to ensure their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for various meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for ElderWood staff members.
  • Log in and coordinate routing of maintenance files for Monthly Reports from facilities.

You will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred background in business or administration.

Requirements
  • Two years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Possess a good knowledge of office support functions.
  • Be able to work effectively with residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors.

Salary: $16-$20/hour, based on location and experience.
