**Job Title:** Senior Administrative Assistant

The Amherst SNF team is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional administrative support. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating administrative office functions, committees, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative office functions, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, handouts, and reports as instructed.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff members upon request.
  • Log in and coordinate the routing and maintenance of files for monthly reports from facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
