Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our Catering and Events Department at Innovative Dining Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the IDG Catering & Events brand
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through professional industry resources and networking events
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Los Angeles hospitality market
  • Proven proficiency in catering and event sales generation
  • Strong understanding of and ability to represent and maintain brand and company standards
  • Schedule flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel to outside sales calls and events
  • Established database of clients and strong networking skills
  • Self-starter with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
