About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Sales team at Drift Aerospace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
