Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Podium's products and services, understand customer needs, and provide expert advice to customers.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Leadership Ability: Demonstrate natural leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local business industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
