Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Curam Business Analyst to contribute to our projects at Tech9. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in evaluating business workflows, collecting requirements, and deploying Curam solutions tailored to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements for Curam projects.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to optimize business operations.
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Support the development of test plans and execute testing scripts.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Curam.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
