About the Business Development Representatives RoleWe are expanding our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the Salt Lake City area to generate leads and fill our sales funnel as we establish the go-to-market strategy from scratch. As part of a dynamic group of sales professionals, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue during this phase of rapid expansion. Our BDR team follows a hybrid work model, being in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Your Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact point for various dental practice prospects
- Utilize email, phone, and innovative methods to engage potential clients through outbound strategies
- Monitor sales activities using Salesforce and other tools
- Address objections, present the Dandy value proposition, and progress prospects through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with senior sales executives to meet key performance indicators and revenue goals
- Coordinate with Account Executives for smooth client handovers
- 1-2+ years of sales background in a rapidly growing startup environment (Experience in SaaS is highly valued)
- Proficiency in cold calling (Focusing on SMB targets is advantageous)
- Dedication to ongoing improvement and a willingness to acquire new sales techniques through intensive training
- Capability to navigate uncertainty and adapt swiftly with limited resources
- Familiarity with standard sales tools and eagerness to explore new tools for enhancing the sales process
- Demonstrated history of professional and academic achievements
