We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Operations with a robust background in the nutritional supplement industry.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in one or more Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, with a proven track record of leadership and success across multiple departments.

This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will play a pivotal role in steering our company's strategic direction, managing daily operations, and nurturing a dynamic team environment to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Align with the company's objectives and catapult both brands into the spotlight.
  • Lead and Oversee Operations: Ensure operational excellence across various departments, including Research and Development (R&D), Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Cultivate a respectful, can-do, and big-thinking atmosphere that drives innovation and growth.
  • Drive Innovation in Product Development: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and brand promises while driving product innovation.
  • Monitor Financial Performance: Analyze financial data, manage budgets, and control costs to achieve fiscal health and profitability.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to expand market reach and fortify supplier networks.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the nutritional supplement industry, specifically in either sports performance or children's nutrition products.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record in overseeing R&D, marketing strategies, and supply chain logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization and its external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

This position requires working on-site at our office.
