SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Overview: The Site Operations Manager will oversee project execution, client and team interactions, cost estimation, proposal development, and coordination across various sites for personnel and equipment management, financial planning, along with additional responsibilities as required to fulfill organizational objectives. This role is dynamic and highly visible, necessitating an individual with outstanding communication, organizational, and technological capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player, adept at multitasking, and possess a strong sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Successfully managing projects independently from initiation to completion.

• Conducting field assessments, including the estimation, bidding, and proposal preparation processes.

• Overseeing all subcontractors, timelines, and financial plans.

• Managing client and employee relations, including hiring, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and coaching.

• Collaborating closely with senior management and the sales team to identify new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Generating timely documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, including reports, mapping, chain of custody documentation, worksheets, and manifests.

• Providing leadership and guidance to technicians, drivers, and mechanics to ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations, as well as inventory management.

• Dispatching personnel and job-related information.

• Understanding DOT compliance for fleet and driver logs.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven experience in managing project timelines and budgets effectively.

• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory or project management experience in environmental construction or industrial cleaning, with knowledge of emergency response, quality management, and environmental regulations.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Capacity to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented, innovative, proactive, and persistent.

• Experience with chemical handling and air monitoring equipment is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Education/Training/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Relevant skills and experience in the environmental sector are essential.

Salary:

$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.
