Job Summary

Lexington Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and deliver top talent for critical business needs. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for evaluating key performance indicators and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily recruitment for HR Coordinators and Recruiters
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Supervise the recruiting process
  • Ensure effective and compliant recruitment and onboarding practices by supervising and coaching HR Coordinators, Recruiters, and consulting with various lines of business
  • Know and guide the team through the best sourcing channels to reach candidates from entry level to tenured professionals
  • In partnership with peers, maintain and create recruiting documents and procedures (Interview guides, reference check, background, new hire onboarding)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various roles within our companies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and create targeted job postings
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers throughout the organization
  • Partner with Workforce Development to explore all sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data
Requirements
  • 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills with a high degree of attention to detail and process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively
  • Must be a team player with strong leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment, as well as experience being tech-savvy using recruiting tools and techniques
