Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Account Manager to spearhead sales efforts across major US markets, including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • IDentify and define ideal customer profiles and schedule meetings with qualified key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Define and execute territory strategies.
  • Hold sales meetings with prospective clients and uncover business solutions by asking qualifying questions.
  • Oversee sales opportunities and follow-ups accordingly.
  • Facilitate quotes and contracts to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is documented, providing a comprehensive overview of each lead's status and potential.
  • Collaborate on sales forecasting to leadership team.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the timeline.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 per year, plus uncapped commission of % per deal closed.
