About the Role

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expert to join our team as a PLM Solutions Architect or Technical Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing various phases of the PLM roadmap, with a focus on eliminating manual workflows, streamlining processes, and enabling digital technology transfer using Dassault Systemes' 3DX platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Operations team to drive excellence in PLM processes, systems, and performance aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Technology Decisions: Own technology decisions and recommendations, ensuring the optimal use of Dassault Systemes' 3DX platform and integration with key Amgen platforms.
  • Enterprise Data Model: Drive the establishment of the strategic enterprise data model for product information, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Partnerships: Partner with our Operations team and build one-on-one relationships with key partners to achieve mutual goals and enable Amgen's technology transfer strategy.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements for PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement PLM solutions, leveraging your technical and functional expertise to drive business value.
  • Offshore Coordination: Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution of PLM projects.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in PLM, with 4+ years of Dassault Systems 3DX experience.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practices in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience directing solution design, business processes redesign, and software implementation.
  • Strong technical and functional experience solutioning and supporting applications across Engineering, Tech Transfer, and Quality functions.
  • Solid depth or breadth of expertise with offerings within the PLM solution landscape.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, develop frameworks, and distill complex information into concise and impactful messages/presentations.
  • Experience directing solution design, business processes redesign, and software implementation in a drug development clinical and commercialization environment.
  • Experience developing solutions in a SaaS PLM platform.
  • Understanding of FDA regulations governing computer system validation in biotech manufacturing and laboratory areas.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development Methods (e.g., Scrum) Scaled Agile or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to set the context and present on complex subjects to senior management in clear and concise manner.
