Front Office Coordinator in Assisted Living

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated front desk receptionist for our esteemed long-term care community. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors and vendors
- Perform administrative tasks using computer systems, copier, and fax machine
- Support various administrative projects and handle mailings
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and a passion for working with the public. Exceptional communication skills are a must. Previous experience in long-term care or as a receptionist is preferred.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Eligible candidates will receive benefits including paid time off, retirement plans, and health insurance after a specified period.
