Key Responsibilities:

This role is essential for managing the front office operations, welcoming visitors, vendors, and job candidates, as well as providing support to the sales team with order management.


Core Duties Include:
  • Handling and directing all incoming phone calls
  • Assisting delivery personnel with directions to the facility
  • Organizing, scanning, and filing invoices
  • Maintaining the sales and shipping documentation
  • Generating shipping labels and creating Bills of Lading
  • Verifying and signing off on shipping orders
  • Supporting the sales team with order processing
  • Welcoming visitors and vendors at the front office
  • Facilitating the on-site interview process

Qualifications:
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Open to learning company procedures
  • Ability to follow supervisor instructions
  • Experience in the transportation sector is preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to respond quickly to sounds
  • Capability to see and react to hazardous situations
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment properly
  • Capacity to lift over 25 pounds when necessary
