Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary education and counseling.
  • Assist in preparing and following up with borrowers to ensure accurate submission of loan modifications and forbearance applications.
  • Evaluate borrowers for eligibility in available Home Retention Programs based on their loan type.
  • Coordinate property inspections and support property preservation efforts as required.
  • Support Loan Counselors in resolving delinquency through collection initiatives and borrower assistance programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in loan counseling or a customer service role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accurately assessing, retrieving, and preparing documentation in accordance with established protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in residential real estate lending, loan processing, loan closing, loan servicing, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the relevant functions.
