About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Executive Office Team at Waldorf Astoria Orlando. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $25 per hour, paid bi-weekly. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage, including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining appointment calendars, note-taking, and problem-solving.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and documents as directed.
  • Maintain email systems, including responding to emails and managing email boxes.
  • Use property email system and maintain their email box.
  • Appropriate business use of telephone and voice mail system.
  • Greet internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
