Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the City of Orlando. This is a full-time contract position that offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to various departments, including maintaining complex records, gathering and developing statistical data, providing customer service, and interviewing candidates. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Gather and analyze data to support reporting needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical and/or secretarial experience. Relevant education and experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications.

What We Offer

This contract position comes with a competitive hourly rate of $18.19 - 23.19 and access to comprehensive benefits. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.
