Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support and Service:
    • Address customer inquiries, updates, and follow-ups via phone, email, or online platforms.
    • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Office Supply and Vendor Coordination:
    • Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability of items from cleaning products to office materials.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for supply replenishment.
  • Data Entry and Order Management:
    • Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system.
    • Assist with data entry in accounting or CRM software, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.

Requirements:
  1. Salary:$55,000 per year, based on experience.
  2. Degree:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
  3. Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset; experience with customer service, CRM, or data entry software preferred.
