Your New Role: We are seeking a talented Lead Strategist for Business Operations to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Lead comprehensive analyses from conception to execution, including defining scope, identifying necessary data points, and establishing timelines for deliverables.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with leadership to outline strategic objectives that align with WikiCra's overarching goals, particularly regarding technology adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior stakeholders to present insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Facilitate processes for effective departmental operations, coordinating with various business teams and support functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor initiatives aimed at optimizing service quality and efficiency, identifying opportunities for automation and performance enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to craft compelling narratives.

Preferred Experience: Experience in media or consulting firms is advantageous.
