Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Reconcile billing information with third-party customer portals.

  • Maintain billing schedules and customer profiles to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in onboarding meetings for new clients.
  • Work closely with service coordinators and credit departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support business operations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED, accompanied by a minimum of two years of experience in accounting, customer service, or dispatch roles supporting clients across multiple locations. Experience in the HVAC or facility maintenance industry is advantageous.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not entail supervisory duties.

Language Proficiency:

Ability to interpret and analyze standard business communications and compose routine correspondence. Must effectively present information across various organizational levels.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.

Physical Requirements:

The Billing Coordinator is frequently required to work at a desk, utilizing a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.

Work Environment:

This role is situated in a standard office environment with a moderate noise level. Extended hours may be necessary during peak periods.
