Position Overview

The role entails providing professional assistance to unit management in specified fields, such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Academic Administration, Event Management, and Procurement. The specific responsibilities will be tailored according to the unit's requirements and the assignment at hand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Evaluation:
    Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and dynamics of team members.
    Identify influential members, potential conflicts, and collaboration patterns.
    Highlight areas for improvement and recognize successful practices.
  2. Leadership Training:
    Equip managers with leadership skills suited to diverse team dynamics.
    Focus on emotional intelligence, active listening, and empathy.
    Encourage the development of a leadership style that aligns with both the manager's personality and team needs.
  3. Communication Strategies:
    Teach effective communication methods within the team.
    Emphasize the significance of regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
    Develop skills for providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  4. Training Recommendations:
    Identify and suggest relevant training programs for managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  5. Performance Improvement:
    Create and implement best practices for team operations.
    Establish clear expectations and accountability metrics.
    Foster a culture centered around customer service.
    Develop onboarding processes and refine existing training materials.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:
    Regularly update stakeholders on training progress and outcomes.
Qualifications

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Up to two years of relevant job experience.

Skills and Abilities
