Position Summary:
The Business Planning and Operations team within the People Team is dedicated to establishing standards, developing essential processes, and enhancing operational performance. The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in executing initiatives that foster engagement, efficiency, and impactful results. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational expertise, analytical depth, and strong communication skills. This role reports to the Senior Director of Business Planning and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and refine processes to ensure the team meets its strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the review of Business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Facilitate financial planning and headcount management in collaboration with Finance and Workforce Planning.
- Identify and manage collaboration opportunities, including team calendars and community practices.
- Develop and collaborate on presentations for team and leadership discussions.
- Oversee special projects from conception to execution, ensuring clear communication and defined outcomes.
- Research and implement best practices while supporting team members in program optimization initiatives.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. Employees are expected to be in the office for a set number of days each week, as determined by leadership.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years with an advanced degree. Experience in management consulting or business operations is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management capabilities with a focus on detail and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel and will be conducted in an office environment.
