Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients and visitors to our office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct walk-in patients and emergencies as needed.
- Register patients, collect necessary documentation, and verify insurance coverage.
- Process payments, collect deposits or co-pays, and issue receipts as required.
- Work closely with our clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows.
- Communicate patient concerns or issues to our clinic managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training from a vocational school or one year of medical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our electronic medical records system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic setting.
