Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors to our office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct walk-in patients and emergencies as needed.
  • Register patients, collect necessary documentation, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Process payments, collect deposits or co-pays, and issue receipts as required.
  • Work closely with our clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.
  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows.
  • Communicate patient concerns or issues to our clinic managers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training from a vocational school or one year of medical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our electronic medical records system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
