Role Summary

The Fleet Operations Manager for Government and Commercial Accounts is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative functions associated with government and commercial fleet divisions. This position entails offering operational assistance, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of fleet services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with General Managers in Government and Commercial sectors on order management, documentation processing, and pricing inquiries.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including vehicle quotations, invoice management, and fleet transaction organization.
  • Engage with fleet clients and dealership partners to address concerns and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Create operational documentation for fleet processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Undertake additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in dealership or similar fleet account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
  • Positive demeanor and readiness to support colleagues.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Eligible for a notary license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, with the possibility of future relocation to North Carolina.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
