### Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Lead and manage a growing fleet sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive fleet sector, including corporate clients, and other major commercial business.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal corporate function areas to align commercial strategies with business objectives.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Oversee the development of pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
* Monitor and evaluate fleet performance metrics, including sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention rates, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in automotive fleet management to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand business connections.
