About the Opportunity
Hiring Range: $17.20/hr
We are seeking a Correspondence Clerk I (SCA) - In Office to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, reviewing, electronically scanning, and forwarding correspondence while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- • Ensure timely completion of tasks as dictated by client contracts, department policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review incoming mail, prioritizing by urgency and importance based on department and client guidelines.
• Process and scan correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Upload media to accounts and verify successful uploads.
• Enter status codes in the system, update account information, and generate letters as needed.
• Distribute designated media to other departments as required.
• Record daily production and perform additional duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written business language.
• High level of responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, attention to detail, and reliability.
