**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator Expert to provide administrative support for our Quality Management Clinical Quality department. This role serves as the frontline contact for receiving clinical records, reports, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will coordinate meetings and audits with provider offices on behalf of the Quality Management department, supporting the strategic vision of Disability Solutions.

The successful Quality Coordinator Expert will have a personal commitment to treating all customers with courtesy, dignity, respect, and professionalism while adhering to our Commitment to Service Excellence behaviors and standards. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of experience in an administrative, information system, and/or data entry position is required
  • Five years of comparable position in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • Experience with data entry and data analytics is preferred
